Had to have this advanced above tier 2 support to resolve the issue. Just fixed this morning. By The Way - The address listed in the posting is where I access my voicemail.

why can't you just tell everyone in the forum or somewhere on comcast support page how to change the number of rings before going to voicemail? why does this have to be such a big secret?

@Comcast_Anna yah I saw that article before. Still doesn't help me get calls directly to voicemail. I forgot to mention that I also tried setting line 1 to DND but calls just ring to the next line.

I don't know if it's specific to Call Queues, but the goal is to make it so people who phone into Support afterhours don't wait a long time in a queue (because no one is working) but instead get a message telling them to leave a voicemail.

Setting schedules on Call Queues

We have a Support call queue and I'd like to not have it hunt through support agents after the last one has left but instead let the auto attendant inform them that Support is closed and please leave a message. Message Indicator Light Stays On

No voicemail messages to retrieve, but customers state they have left messages

We have not had any messages in our voicemail box all week. We usually will have anywhere from 2-6 per day. We thought maybe we just really didn't have any, until several patients have called back stating they have left messages. There is no indicator beep and no messages. Where are they?

Voicemail Not Answering a Call Waiting Call
