Phone outages

Last week we discovered that we had a phone outage at our business for some time, so they rebooted our router. This week the phone is down again due to an internet outage. It's interesting though because they're calling it an internet outage. But, our internet is fine. It's just the phone that is down and I can't even check voicemail messages. The other thing is that I was told I'm the only one who has reported on this. Very strange indeed
