Phones will not call out no one can call in!!

I am in Chicago and cannot call out from my business line.  i am finally getting calls in, but still can't call out.  I've been on hold with Comcast on my cell for over a 1/2 hour.

i have a restaurat full of customers trying to pay with credit cards, and i have no phone lines! Chmabersburg PA! WTH!!!! Cant get through to comcast.

I'm in the same boat.  In the Chicago Suburbs.  No calls in or out.  Not a good thing for a sales office.  And when i call the customer service phone number...I go through all the prompts and end up being transferred to a busy line. 

Batavia Illinois!!!! phones are down and comcast support number is down. We are a first responder company that handles police tows we need phones

Same thing here in Norcross,ga.  To make matters even worse .  When I called my office the recording said the nuber has been disconnected.    GOOD JOB !  COMCAST.

OUR PHONES ARE DOWN SAN JOSE CA

Out in Walnut Creek CA; second time this month no phone lines.  Comcast says they have no idea what the problem is.  So they cannot fix it.  

Mnneapolis phones are down! Hard to take reservations with out phone use.
