App features are missing

Hello,

My features are missing from my comcast business app. I am not able to view my voicemails, setup call forwarding, or anything.

Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you're having while trying to access your account features through the Comcast Business application as I know this can be frustrating to say the least! To confirm, are you sure that you're logging in with the primary User ID and password that would be eligible to access these specific account features?

Yes I am logging in under the primary manager. The features used to be there, but have disappeared a couple weeks ago.

We are having the same problem and it appears to be an issue with the Comcast Business App after the most recent Update on the iphone Comase Business Mobile App.  We had the ability to access our Business phone functions through the mobile app previously and now we do not.  We have to log in to the web page or through an internet browser to access the Call Forwarding, Be Anywhere and other functions and to see our voice mails.

Can you please notify the team responsible for the Comcast Business Mobile App that the latest update has a glitch that is preventing users from accessing their phone management functions?
