Phones will not call out no one can call in!!

Confirmed as same here. Faxes and Phones are down at both our Indianapolis and Shelbyville Locations.

I had the same response. Using our Verizon cell phones to call clients.

It took me trying to call into Comcast about 15 times, I too had to go through all the prompts and got busy signals.  I eventually got through.  They said it is a massive outage and have no time frame for the service coming back up.

we have been out here in Chicago as well. Just got our first incoming phone call from a client who has RCN. Still can't make outgoing calls.

I have a pizza shop in elizabeth pa and same problem. Just switched from verizon. 13 years never a problem. False promises again....

I'm in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, busy signal when calling out and no one can call in.  We are a real estate office, this is not a good situation.  When will we be back up?  Just switched to Comcast after years with AT&T....was this a huge mistake??

Trying to run a business...this is the second time in six months without phones.  Unacceptable.  

Atlanta is down too...... this is our busiest time of the year and we are losing MASSIVE amounts of money with every hour the phones are down.  Same thing can't get through to comcast... don't have all day to continue to call.... 

We are outside of Augusta, GA and our phones have been down since around 4pm.  We can't run any credit or debit cards, so this is really interfering with running our very small business.

i'm seeing thousands of dollars walk out of my business!! regretting the switch so much! When is this going to be fixed "Comcast Jon"? this is horrible!

Our Business Phone is down also in Western Mass.  Hoping you will fix this fast! I just switched to Comcast Business for 3 business lines 2 weeks ago and this doesn't make me feel like I made the right business decision!
