Email to Voicemail

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to have my voicemail messages sent to my email address.  All I'm getting now are notifications, and what I'm looking for is to have the voicemail message sent to me as an attachment and/or to have the voicemail translated to text in the email.  Every other phone service I've used has this capability and I was told Comcast does too.  I don't see that option in my Business Voice dashboard. Please advise.

Thank you,

Andy

Hi aduran. Currently Business Service does not provide the voice to text feature.  I have engaged the Regional Support Center to assist with the voicemail file attachment issue.

Thank You

I was told they had this feature when signing up but then found out they didn't. One guy at Comcast said that it was going through the legal department. They have the feature on the residential side of Comcast. What's up with this issue

I would also like to get an answer to this...voicemail to email. I had the feature until today...when there were problems with my line and they reset my business voicemail. I had the feature before the phone call and am now told it's residential only. Major disappointment. Enough to look around for another provider.

I have the same problem.

Had it before then move to a new location and now it's gone.

If my home has it (at a chaper rate) why does'nt my business phone (higher rate) have it?

The website with an iphone takes forever. Can't click on the PLAY button cause it's hidden in the border of the screen.

The only work around for me was to get Vonage again and forward my calls to that and have an audio file and text of the message emailed to me.

I'm on the road a lot and don't have time to pull over for 20 minutes to get my message.

What happend to the app?
Since I moved (9 blocks) I see this when using the app:

Was told it should have never worked before.

Well it did!

I'm 1/2 block away from Verizon CO but I hate Nozi rev!

I think this needs to be addressed ASAP.

Thank You

John
