What is the best way yo move a domain name from one businessclass account to another? Is the Cisco 3939B Gateway capable of a "guest wifi network?"

I searched and can't find an answer.  Is my Cisco 3939B Modem/router capable of having a "guest wifi network?"  I have the Xfinity Hotspot turned off, but would like a guest network that is password protected to keep guests out of our network. I haven't been able to find a tech manual for the 3939B.

Business Class Internet has gone slow. While Residential speed has gone up and cheaper compared.

Yes, our Comcast Internet has gone slow as dial up. A call to Business Class says to pay more for an upgrade to a faster speed which is nowhere near what is newly offered on residential internet at 50/10. They want me to pay over $800.00 to terminate Business contract to go Residential. Wow...logic

Outlook log on info no longer recognized by server

All my employees can no longer access the exchange server through comcast from their personal computers. All of us can access the internet, and the internet version of Outlook through the comcast portal. All of us can retrieve e-mail through home computers and hand-helds through the comcast portal.
