Slower Download Speeds After Install
I just had comcast business internet installed this morning, and already it has slowed down. I should have 50mbps down and 10 up but speedtest.net maxes out around 23mbps on every host I try. Comcast's own speedtest tool (http://business.comcast.com/tools/internet-speed-test) showed the same thing

Why when my modem/router goes down I lose my network?
I have had some issues with my Comcast modem/router going down. I have a staic IP. I have assigned all my devices, NAS(s) and printers, their own IP addresses. Packet Loss and High Latency to CN
Hi, we have massive problems connecting to a server in CN. We see a packet loss of > 50% and very high latency which is unusual. When we use a connection/server outside the Comcast Network we don't have this issues. Please advise. Best regards
