Help setting REVERSE DNS record for static ip address

I was wondering if it was possible to get some help with setting a reverse DNS pointer to map a domain name to our static IP address that we have with comcast business. I've tried calling support three times to have this done and each time I've been told it's been completed and to wait 48 hours for it to take effect but it is still not set correctly. Thanks in advance.

I would like to assist with your reverse DNS request. Please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your account. Please also include your static IP address and where you would like it pointing to.
