Website blocked
I am not able to access our website from our office. I first contacted our website host provider thinking that our site was down. This was one week ago today. They said that they were able to access it and everything looked fine. They took me through a bunch of steps, clear out history and the browser's cache and I did a release and renew of the IP, ran a traceroute, DNS flush, etc. But I was (am) still not able to access the website which is catalinalutheran.org.
I called Comcast tech support and went through a lot of duplicate steps. Took a laptop and connected directly to the cable modem after doing resets etc. still no access, this is the only website I cannot access [I took that very same laptop to my home and have no trouble accessing the website.] Comcast Tech support suggestion was that it was a computer problem or I needed to sign up for the paid IT support. I feel that this is something that should be supported by Comcast without additional $$$.
It seems to me that somewhere this is being blocked.

Welcome cloffice. OUr Tier 2 agent successfully tested from the gateway to you website using both the URL and the IP Address. We are unable to recreate a failure at this time. Also the data that you posted indicates a completed traceroute to the Domain IP address.

This issue is still not resolved, but I wanted to thank you for your help. I have gone back to my web hosting company with this additional information. I am still waiting to hear back from them.
