BLF Moved?

I used to go to Advanced Settings under Business Voice User to change BLF settings, but that option no longer appears there, and I can't find it.

Is this a temporary portal issue, or has its location changed?

Access and enable Busy Lamp Field settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge User from your subscribed services.
  2. Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Busy Lamp Field.

@MWatsonANB​ And now it is. I swear, this portal will be the death of me. I tried this so many different ways on two different browsers. I've changed BLF settings tonnes of times for nearly every user in our org, so I know where it is and how it works....until it wasn't there....and now it is.

le sigh. I should know better by now.
