No dial tone, but internet works fine

We have the business flavor internet and phone and for a while now the phone part has not been working. If I don't hear anything i'll try another route. Thanks

Sorry to hear that your digital voice service has not been working. Please contact 800-391-3000, use technical digital voice option, provide your Comcast business account number, then informthe technical agent that your phone service is not working and the agent with try to troubleshoot it realtime or schedule a technician come to your business to get you up and running.
