Alerts not working in Sharepoint Foundation 2010

Call forwarding

I am trying to forward all the calls that I am unable to answer (if im out of the office) to my cell phone. I have tried the call forwarding No answer feature and it doesnt connect to my cell phone. I have also done the call forwarding always features and it does forward the calls to my cell phone.

Latest bill has price increase contrary to contract terms
