I need the following PTR record created.

aaa.bbb.ccc.245 needs to resolve to remote.neochord.com. (Edited for account security)

2. Your Account Number

3. PTR/RDNS entry (EX: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd -> mail.mydomain.com)
