Internet Outage
Hello All,
For the past month our Wifi( internet ) will go out about 5 times a day making us restart the router. Wondering why this is happening and a way so that we keep having these outages?

Hello decke007 and welcome,
Please call 800-391-3000, use technical option, provide your account # and request that the technical agent examine your downstream and upstream power levels and Signal to Noise Ratio values. This is a primary root cause for modems loosing their internet service access and if the technical agent sees paramters not in specification then he will dispatch a service technician to resolve this issue at your business.
