No calls in or out, "All Circuits are busy now, please try again later."
Called Comcast to find out status, was transferrred & then received busy signal. Tried checking on line, checking 'Area Status" was kicked off & sent to different page. Would like to lnow what is going on.

The same thing is happening to us here in Nashville. No one can call in - we can't call out. Tried called Tech/Customer Support it went to a busy signal. Our customers are not going to be happy when they can't get in touch with us!

To all our community members,
We once again apologize for the service disruption this outage may have caused for you and your business.
Our network engineers immediately escalated the situation internally, and resolution involved a cross-disciplined approach to isolating the network elements in conjunction with all our platform partners.
If you are experiencing any service issues, please first try to restart your voice services modem (EMTA).
Thank you all for your patience in this matter.
