Polycom CCX 410 extension not showing and cannot call out
First the date went ahead an hour. Then when I rebooted my phone, my extension went away. When I call out, I get a fast busy. When I call in, it goes right to voicemail.

I recently just had a new modem installed and now when I log in to my account there is no E-mail messages displayed in the upper right and when I try to go to My Services I get "Sorry, you don't have the permission or services to access this page".

low download speed
I've been consistently getting 16Mbits/s download speeds and it dropped to 2Mbits/s very recently (in the last couple of days). My upload is pretty decent though (faster than download, at ~5Mbits/s). Netgear CG3000DCR and our VPN 100 firewall
Hello, we recieved the new Netgear CG3000DCR to upgrade from the old modem. We run a symantec vpn firewall that sits before our router. iit wasn't connecting, so we reset the firewall back to default settings and everything connected. It ran like this for 4 days and now it's back to the same thing.
