Hi tato386 and welcome to the forums! I can assist with the reverse DNS request. Can you please send a private message by clicking on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and providing your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number as well as the domain and the IP we need it to point to?

May I please have you private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account? Please also include the static that needs to be edited and what domain it should be changed to.
