I can't believe this has to be done for a "Business" class account, but here I am posting in the formus asking for reverse DNS.
You can check the whois and DNS to verify that it matches account records.

BTW, the import of domain "pixelmemory.us" is forever stuck in "AWAITING VERIFICATION" and I can't cancel it. Please kill it. Your domain tools are completely broken so I'm using other registrars.
