Upgrade 27/7 to 50/10 at same price?
We're currently paying $109.95/mo for what our bill describes as "Premium Internet PKG". We are getting the speeds we were promised last summer, 27 Mb/s down, 7 Mb/s up, actually a little better than that. But now I see that 50/10 service goes for the same price. I can't find a way to upgrade on the businessclass.comcast.com website. What hoops do I have to jump through to get the speed upgrade? The other ISP we're doing business with allows existing customers to upgrade on their website.

Hello chuck058 and welcome,
No "Hoops" are required to upgrade. Simply contact 8003913000 and select the technical or Change of Service (COS) option, provide your Comcast business account number, then request that you want to upgrade to direct state 50/10. Technical or COS agent will walk you down the 50/10 COS option and the rest is history. They may even offer another internet promotion offer that may be even more attractive to your business needs.
Hope this helps you out.

The process was relatively painless, aside from the fact I was calling in from offsite and couldn't reset our gear remotely. We're definitely getting the requested download speeds and a bit more, while the upload speed hovers around 10Mbps. So far I'd say I'm a happy customer!
