Connection Pro Set up

Looking for assistance in setting up the Connction Pro Cradlepoint with my BVE phone system.  The original installer did not set it up.  I can't see where it should go within my network. I have the business modem with 1ethernet cable out to the network switch for the phone system and 1 ethernet out

Call Forwarding Remote Activation didn't work

On top of the phone outage yesterday, we were not able to forward our phones. The Comcast web page for obtaining the RACF Access Number wasn't working. Trying to call the previous number we used was only meet with a cryptic "You do not have access to this function" message and then hung-up.
