Moved my business where Comcast doesn’t offer service and they won’t let me get out of my contract.
About 4 months ago I moved my business about 2 hours south from my previous location as a better opportunity came up and Comcast doesn’t offer service in my new area. I called to cancel because I cannot receive the internet service anymore as it’s not available and I was told I would have to pay over $1000- to cancel my service as I started the contract I believe around November of last year. I keep paying $100 a month for something I cannot even use. Why? How is this right? Comcast doesn’t offer service to me and I’m paying all this money for no reason. Anyone help me please? Thank you.
