My business laptop WILL NOT access wifi hotspot, issue is blocked mac address

After several, ok numerous attempts to contact and get redirected thru help agents a connectivity issue has yet to be resolved. business contract and connection in office works on a new installation.  Approved device list for on the road access, Iphone connects to xfinity secure and public wifi hotspots. Laptop has been blocked by xfinity thru mac address harvesting via the trial offer use in the last year. Several attempts to get the blacklist of mac address harvest lifted. we can not use our laptop on the road due to this.  Can I answer all the questions again, and can you fix the problem XFINITY????
