Slower Download Speeds After Install

I just had comcast business internet installed this morning, and already it has slowed down. I should have 50mbps down and 10 up but speedtest.net maxes out around 23mbps on every host I try. Comcast's own speedtest tool (http://business.comcast.com/tools/internet-speed-test) showed the same thing.
