Signed a contract; contract not implemented.

I worked with customer retention to find acceptable rate and services.  Rep sent a contract (electronically), I signed it, rep received it back during same call.

 

But the contract hasn't been implemented.  Rep keeps sending new contracts for higher cost and less service, but doesn't contact me as requested.

 

How do I escalate this and get it resolved?

Update: contacted customer service who could see that the contract is in effect; I just can't see it online yet.  They will look into the extraneous contract signing requests being sent to me.
