Can I get a plan with better upload upload speed. Don't need the Dl speed of a larger plan just Ul.

421 4.4.2 connection dropped due to connection reset error - Only to Hotmail accounts
Had RDNS setup by Comcast support and I'm not sure if RDNS is "case sensitive" but everything appears to be correct with my DNS and Exchange server configurations but I'm still unable to send to Hotmail email addresses. "Service status" icon on account homepage is inaccurate
The "service status" icon on my account homepage is inaccurate. It's currently reading "healthy", but our service (and in fact our entire neighborhood) is down, confirmed by Comcast Business via phone. Better not to have it than to have it be inaccurate.

DPC3939b Gateway IP greyed out
I have got a DPC3939b comcast modem. I am trying to change the LAN gateway IP from the default 10.1.10.1 IP to a 10.42.61.3 IP. When I try to do that it will not allow me to change the last octet.
