DPC3939b Gateway IP greyed out
I have got a DPC3939b comcast modem. I am trying to change the LAN gateway IP from the default 10.1.10.1 IP to a 10.42.61.3 IP. When I try to do that it will not allow me to change the last octet. I also am wanting to turn off DHCP after the change. I am logging into the modem using the cusadmin use

"Service status" icon on account homepage is inaccurate
The "service status" icon on my account homepage is inaccurate. It's currently reading "healthy", but our service (and in fact our entire neighborhood) is down, confirmed by Comcast Business via phone. Better not to have it than to have it be inaccurate.
