Well, that was completely useless as a solution.

 

For years, I've had Comcast Business Class phone and internet.  Now, today, I find that I can no longer login to the phone section where I could actually manage blocked numbers.  The old site is here:  https://web02.wdv.comcast.net/Login/

Hello jcabotl welcome to the forum and sorry for the delay.

 

The voice edge portal where you can make feature setting changes is https://voiceedge.comcast.com/ . Once logged in you can set up selective call rejection by going to Manage User, select Feature Settings, Select the Privacy tab, under the Call Rejection section, Select the Show More button to view all criteria’s added for Selective Call Rejection. To create new users can click Add New button. If any issues regarding this request come up please let us know.
