1 voice line not working

Can a Scope be delegated to a DNS server within the scope?

number of rings before going to voicemail won't stay set

In the dashboard you can change the number of rings before going to voicemail. The default is apparently six rings. I changed it to three rings. It appears to "take", but the next time I check it has been reset to six rings again. How do I get actually get the change to take effect?

Assigned a /56 static, told I can only use 1/256th of it.

Comcast support is now telling me that even though I have a /56 static, only the first /64 can be used. Can anyone comment on this? Why would they assign a /56 then?

Only one network option -can't choose 2.5ghz or 5ghz

In My Business Wi-Fi it shows both 2.5 ghz and 5 ghz. However, I am not given an option to choose either 2.5 ghz or 5 ghz when attempting to connect a device. It just shows one network available.
