Comcast Help Me- Domain Status Failed
I have a domain name that I attempted to register and shows up as Failed, Can you please delete this domain and ill just make a new name.
Delete Arkdarkmoon.com from my account and your systems. thank you

I dont use yall for webhosting, just the domain name, and it shows up on my end as failed.

I am having the same problem. I registered a domain and it comes back as failed. I did get the verification email and did what it said. Help!

Throw me in the "me too" category. Really getting sick of this. Dig happily tells me that the change has been made on my end but Comcast's process chokes...

I have the same issue...by only the one reply, it looks like no one cares. I never got any email others have mentioned either, but went ahead & updated the nameservers on GoDaddy per a Tier 1 techs agreement. We'll see what happens in 4-6hrs, though I have little confidence anything will. A Tier 2 tech was supposed to call me Saturday....then Monday....and still no call.
This is ridiculous. It's not rocket science for their servers to "make the call" to the registrars & populate the info.
