My installation is done

I just want to view my bill online.  But I can't because the system thinks my installation is not yet finished.  My service was installed on Wed, works fine, and I got notified of my first bill.

However, when I log into the website, I see that my installation is scheduled (despite it already having been done), and when I go to the section to manage bills, I get all kinds of stuff about how to understand a bill, but I don't have an option to see my bills.

Can Comcast do whatever they need to do so their system knows my installation happened, so I can use the business portal and such without it telling me that my installation is scheduled and the like?  My installation is done and my service works.
