Unable to Port Forward

When I try to go to the port forward session, it stays loading (seemingly forever)

Does anyone know why and how i can get back to the portforwarding page?

Hello MutaherA and welcome,

 

If you have a Comcast SMCD3G or NetGear3000, you can log into the user interface, using cusadmin/highspeed, then click on Firewall option and Port Forwarding will be accessed in here. If you have a Comcast DPC39XXB Gateway, then you can log in as previously specified, then click on Advanced. Port Forwarding is accessed in here.
