setup business tv with cisco RNG100 box?

We have never been able to get the business tv setup and I am trying to do this again by using cable in from the wall to the RNG100 box and cable out from the RNG100 to the tv. Pease let me know if this approach should be working or if I must use a/v cables from the RNG100 to the tv? Thank you.

Connectivity lost around 4:30 pm EST on 7/2

Power was lost in my area on 6/29 due to the recent derecho. It was restored on 6/30 and I had no issues with network connectivity until 7/2 around 4:30 PM.
