Norton Activation problem

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and had to download Norton again.  It completes the download evidently and I get a notice at the bottom that says activation required and next to it is a link that says Activate Now.  I have clicked on it and it seems to connect to Comcast or at least it's trying to connect but then goes back to the screen and again says activation required.  It never asks me for the pin or code.  Has this been completed and it just automatically goes back to that screen or is there a problem?  How can I get this to complete activation.  Thanks.

Please see Remove security software before downloading Norton™ to get your issue resolved. When you contact Norton make sure you inform them that you are a Comcast Business Customer.

Thanks but I'm still having the issue so I guess the next step is to go to Norton which is aggravating considering the amount of time this is taking.
