We have never been able to get the business tv setup and I am trying to do this again by using cable in from the wall to the RNG100 box and cable out from the RNG100 to the tv. Pease let me know if this approach should be working or if I must use a/v cables from the RNG100 to the tv? Thank you.

We are no longer able to connect to the internet via our Comcast modem/router, even though the router can connect to the internet, and we to the router.
