Voicemail Indicator

Each time I get a voicemail and I clear it, the indicator dial tone still tells me I have a message. I shouldn't have to write in each time I need the indicator tone cleared. I don't have a voicemail right now and it's still beeping as if I do. This is incredibly irksome.

our office (Comcast Business) connection is up and reachable from ISPs outside Comcast - but multiple users with Comcast home connections cannot reach the office. (get DNS but cannot connect -or even ping). First failure we're aware of was apparently last Thursday 7/17/14. Anyone?

We have BVE and have 3 users in a hunt group. When one user gets a call and puts it on hold, nobody else is able to see that there is a call on hold besides that person.  Is there a way to get others to be able to see who is on hold?
