Hello,

 

My voicemail message indicator is beeping and my voicemail box is empty. Can my voicemail be reset?

Hello lorist and welcome, Yes, you can simply call 800-391-3000, use the digital voice technical option, ask the technical agent to jump into your switch and cycle your studder dial tone / message wait indicator to reset this. Hope this helps you out.
