Disable my XFINITY WIFI

​please disable the xfinity wifi ssid.  This was disabled before now it came back. ​

​Please keep it OFF!​

​Nobody over phone customer support knows how to do this.  They tell me to do this online and i dont even have the option.​

If you are renting your modem you can buy one and return the rental and save a lot of money.  Unless you have a static IP then you have no reason you need to rent a modem.   Trying to keep the wifi off on a cisco BWG is like a game of wack-a-mole.
