2 line, voicemail hunt group help

Disconnect Service

I disconnected Internet service in August and was told and I am continuing to be told the account is closed. However, I continue to receive invoices. How do I contact someone in billing that can stop the invoices for a closed account?

Cannot Make or Recieve Calls from Business line

Incoming Call Transfer - Retain Caller ID

Comcast Business App - New Voicemail

New Customer. I have Comcast Business App installed on my iPhone. Everytime that I log into my VM from my Polycom desk phone to listen/delete voicemail, I get a notification on my cell through the App that I have new voicemail. Is tehre anyway to stop this?

No Customer Services on weekends! How can we run a business?

So apparently there is no way to contact Comcast Business on Saturdays or Sundays. So you get no assistance at all if you need desperate assistance with your internet or billing issues.
