How long does an business class bandwidth upgrade take?

I called in to upgrade service on 11-22.  I think the change was under service request CR746426631 but I can't figure out where I can view my service requests.  I got an email yesterday saying that the work was complete but still no change in speed.  Xfinity speed test is showing 42/9.  The upgrade was supposed to be 150/20 (I think)
