TV for Resident Managers

Our business has resident managers that manage the self storage facility. We are trying to get them Xfinity tv service but Comcast Business tells us to check with Xfinity Residential and Xfinity Residential tells us it is a business address and cannot service us. Tried calling both sides, emailing, txting. We have two other businesses setup exactly how we want and this is a new third location. Frustrating!
