Need Our Business Gateway Login reset

Called to have our static IP's activated this morning, now cannot log into the gateway, it keeps replying "Status: Incorrect login." We never changed our login from the default so a little confused what the problem is. Please reset us.

low download speed

I've been consistently getting 16Mbits/s download speeds and it dropped to 2Mbits/s very recently (in the last couple of days). My upload is pretty decent though (faster than download, at ~5Mbits/s).
