Another reset request

As is common, I've tried logging in to our SMC with the default user and password, with reapeated failure messages. Requesting a reset to the default user and password. Thanks.

Your modem password has been reset back to default as well.

I have reset your modem password to it's default "highspeed" without the quotes. Please let me know if you need anything else.
