Listen to voicemail playback anytime, from any device, and easily organize and archive important audio voicemail just as you would with an email.

Tired of logging into your voicemail system? Why listen to a voicemail when you can read it and respond much quicker. Unified Messaging includes voicemail transcription. Our Voice to Text feature converts your voicemails to text that is distributed via email with an audio file attached. 

Simply add the service to any and all of your users. When someone leaves a voicemail, it goes to our transcription service where a secure computer listens to the message. Then, it emails the message directly to your selected email address with a the voice message file attached and the transcribed message in the body of the e-mail. Best effort machine-based transcription comes standard with Comcast Business Global UCaaS services and is acceptable for most use cases. For some specialized use cases, near-real-time Human Assisted Transcription is also available.

Comcast Business's hosted fax solution allows you to send and receive faxes directly to and from your email in a convenient PDF file format. If you still require a fax machine at your location, you can connect your existing equipment to our cloud via an adapter called a Fax Terminal Adapter (FTA).
