Comcastbiz exchange email now costs?

I have just found out today I have been charged monthly ~$11 for the same comcastbiz exchange email I have used for years.  This wasnt clear in any migration emails or information.   I just understood it was being server changed to office 360 servers.  Imagine my suprize when I am set up for autobilling without knowing or consent.  Is this correct that the 2 included accounts are not included with Comcast Business anylonger?  Sigh

Yep, they signed you (and me) up for a added fee service with no consent on our parts.  I cancelled mine promptly but I doubt I'll ever see that money back.  Oh the "migration" e-mails said:

"Going forward Comcast Business will not be offering email boxes with Internet service, however we are able to extend an offer of 1 free month for your mailbox (es). After the offer expires, the charge for Microsoft email boxes will be per mailbox. The charge will be less than your current rate."

1. I did not get 1 free month, I was billed starting a week or more BEFORE I was migrated.

2. The charge per mailbox is NOT less than my current rate.  Former current rate = $0, new current rate = $5.95.  Not sure if this is some sort of new math going on, but when I learned math, 5.95 > 0, not the other way around!

You mean you actually have access to an email box?

I haven't been able to get to mine since 6AM on the day of that migration to nowhere.

I'm a software developer - I've lost clients who couldn't contact me costing me THOUSANDS of dollars in projects. they just about put me out of business...  I was using folders in the email box to keep track of license keys those are gone - it will cost me Thousands of dollars to replace those too...
