I have just found out today I have been charged monthly ~$11 for the same comcastbiz exchange email I have used for years.  This wasnt clear in any migration emails or information.   I just understood it was being server changed to office 360 servers.  Imagine my suprize when I am set up for autobil

We had to reformat our server and went to download outlook 2010 from comastbiz website and it just pulls up an error page 500.  Is there another download link I can try or ftp site?  I online chatted and they directed my to upware support who doesnt return the voicemail and it doesnt allow to me wai

Sigh, do the comcast employees not monitor this forum?  Obviously the file sits somewhere on their servers and a 1 minute email with a link would take care of this.   Not happy with the so called 'business class' service here.  My business would go u

We have used texting with our business phone number for some time and it is an important part of our business.  For the last 2 weeks it has not allowed us to login and comes up with an error screen in the xfinity web portal.  This is the error message:Access requires Comcast High-Speed InternetNeed

Good luck with this Diz, the response given to me was that it is not a feature on business phones.  They never did get it working again.  I don't understand why it worked for years fine and now they removed it.  You probably will need to look into ot

Lately I have been having trouble logging in to the new Digital Voice web page (https://businessvoice.comcast.net/). When the new page forst launched, I was able to log in with my phone number and voicemail PIN. Now, I just keep getting stuck in a loop asking me for my login info. I tried logging in

Hi Jacob, my account is doing the same as above, I can log in but. it says there are no phone numbers assigned. I cant forward, text, or check vms on my business acct.  It looks like you have found a solution for several here.  [removed for security]
