On September 27 I received an email that my cloud services portal had been migrated. Hi, I'm trying to migrate my email over to Office365 since it looks like I can no longer use my old settings.  I haven't been able to find any good documentation guiding me through the process.  Please help me get this process complete so I can see emails again. Thanks.

So I get my latest bill today and find this: Office 365 Cloud Solutions  11/25   $5.95What is this rubbish?  I've not signed up for that, I have no idea what it is.  It doesn't show up on "My Apps" when I log into my account under the Manage Services/Cloud Solutions tab.  And there is no "Office 365

24 hours and still not a peep from the Cloud Solutions support desk.  Not surprised.  I did put a read receipt on the e-mail and I did get a notification that the e-mail was read.

This o365 migration has been my worst experience in 20 years in IT.  The cord was simply pulled on our previous email server.  We got the accounts moved to the new platform but none of our contacts, old emails, or calendars have been migrated.  When I call the migration line they essentially tell me
