Contacted Comcast Cloud and MIcrosoft Support numerous times, Reseller relationship must be removed from Comcast's end but Comcast Cloud solutions doesn't know how. "Comcast Business" still shows up in our Partnership tab. All reseller licenses have

Hello, Another Comcast Business Account I keep track of and pay still has a Past Due Amount on it that was already paid off by a company issued check. Can Comcast Business Billing look into this and correct the statement error?

Hello, I contacted Support earlier today and the rep said he opened a ticket to Teir 2 support for investigation. I have the ticket number and IP Address of somatowersapts.com domain too if needed in a Private Message. So the summary of the problem is this: Comcast Internet users cannot access www.

Hello, I really need this cleared off the Comcast Business Statement, it's still showing $220.31 past due. The check was already cashed in by Comcast and payment probably misapplied. Remittance had two clearly indicated specific account numbers and allocated amounts to respective accounts too. Alrea

Hello, Domain: Sudevelopment.com So some employees can't get Outlook 2010/2013 to connect to Office 365 email accounts when adding new account. It says something like "cannot make encrypted connection". The credentials used are correct so I have them using the webmail Portal.Office.com so it's not a
