Microsoft Hosted 365 Email Accounts- Want to pay Microsoft Directly,

Hello,

For the Microsoft Hosted 365 Email and Services which me and the company admins manage we'd like to pay Microsoft directly and work with them directly for our needs instead of Comcast

More Details: We own the domain and had email service hosted with Comcast until they were no longer able to provide that service and help migrated our data to Microsoft's Office 365 Mail Servers. We manage all aspects of the account using Microsoft's hosted services, no involvement from Comcast

Would like Comcast to remove Reseller Partnership with us.

@alvint,

Thank you for posting your question in the Comcast Business Forum. It is possible to cancel your Microsoft Office 365 services you receive from Comcast and go directly through Microsoft without any penalties from Comcast. You will need to start by contacting our Cloud Solutions Team to cancel with us. They can be reached at 1-855-867-5010 (option 2) or via email at cloudsolutions_support@cable.comcast.com

Just as a note, while we can certainly appreciate your frustration with this, we ask that all Comcast Business Forum posts adhere to our forum guidelines (found here: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Forum-Community/Forums-Policy-and-Guidelines/m-p/67). This includes not posting inappropriate/inflammatory remarks directed toward Comcast and/or our products and service. Continued violations of these guidelines could result in a user losing their Comcast Business Forum posting privileges.

Thank you again for posting your question and your adherence to our forum guidelines. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Contacted Comcast Cloud and MIcrosoft Support numerous times, Reseller relationship must be removed from Comcast's end but Comcast Cloud solutions doesn't know how. "Comcast Business" still shows up in our Partnership tab. All reseller licenses have been cancelled too...

Hey Alvint.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us on our Comcast Business Support Forums. It looks like you may have also reached out to us through Facebook. I've replied to that PM. I can help you on this platform if you prefer?

Would you mind messaging me your full name, address and, the phone number listed on your account? I'd be more than happy to take a deeper look into your services and provide the help you need.

I have the same problem! Not only do the idiots over there not have any ideaq that they are in fact the administrators of my Azure tenant, they don't know how to remove themselves and yet when I log in I see that they sneak around changing my account, adding and deleting users (I AM THE ONLY USER!!) and they totally revoked my access to my own domain and entire law firm when I cancelled a subscription to 365 Business Premium so I could switch to Microsoft business 365,  they have practically ruined my law firm.

I'm so sorry to hear of the trouble you've been having, petlawyer. It sounds like you no longer have that service but with the concerns about the users being added and deleted, as well as the domain, I'd be glad to look into it. We want to make sure that you have all that you need to run your business! If you'd like us to check on any or all of it, please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details so we can help.

Did you ever get this taken care of?  Comcast switched our emails over to office365 essentials a number of years ago so they are our Cloud Solutions Provider.  We are not canceling our internet, but we want to use the licenses we have direct with micorosoft.  Comcast is saying we need to setup a new tenant and migrate everything over.  This is not what I was told by Microsoft.  I login to office.com to maintain these accounts and I can login to comcast cloud solutions. It seems like I should be able to just remove comcast from the account.  Did you ever get them removed from the reseller relationship,  if so, were they your Cloud solutions provider and did you need to setup a new tenant and do a migration of your email users?  I talked to Comcast cloud solutions 3 times last week and never got real support for the problem I was having,  that is why i want to go direct with Microsoft.
