I have had the SAME issue with XFinity billing me for services I requested to be discontinued back in March of this year! Different excuses every time I have called in to them after being on hold for long periods of time. Nobody knows what they are d

I cancelled service over a month ago and just received a notice that the bill is past and over due. The Disconnect Request was completed and received over a month ago and the equipment was returned and received. I just logged into the Businessclass site and saw the account is still active and it sh

We Cancelled All Or Services, But The trunk is all getting billed, but has locked is our of account. Being I hold for hours is not helpful. How Can This Get Resolved?
