Hello, My VoiceEdge desktop app will not ring with an incoming call but when the call is terminated then the app will popup and the missed call is logged. I found if I via Task Manager end all VoiceEdge tasks and reopen app that calls will ring and I can answer the call(s). Do you some best practi

For some of my users the app will not ring anymore call comes up as missed [Edited: All caps]
@Comcast_Tony I have tried the following troubleshooting steps with no success: Reset App Configuration Settings Uninstalled / Reinstalled Application Confirmed Windows Software Updates Completed Added Voice Edge App to approv

This is happening for us as well. We have a Tier 2 ticket created and waiting for a response. The app was working perfectly fine yesterday.

Our Polycom phones are displaying Time/Date Out Of Sync. I have tried restarting the phones but this has not resolved. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Thank you for getting back to me. I'm not exactly sure what needs to be restarted so if it could be done remotely that would be great but, if it could take up to 40 minutes to complete, would our system be completely down for that time or would we be
