Please disable XFINITY and xfinitywifi on my modem. It's interfering with my onsite wifi.

Hi, 

I'd like someone to disable the xfinity wifi networks on my modem. Tried to do it through 3 different browsers and my phone from within account management and nothing works. It's taking up precious bandwidth.
